We are working intensively on this issue, monitoring current developments and are prepared:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Timetable:<\/strong> In force since February 2025, some points binding from August 2026, then gradual expansion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recycling:<\/strong> The PPWR sees corrugated cardboard packaging as the benchmark for recyclable packaging; monomaterials, labelling and further optimisation remain important<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Material restrictions:<\/strong> Clear limits for harmful substances (e.g. heavy metals, PFAS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extended producer responsibility (EPR):<\/strong> New registration, verification and cost obligations lead to expanded documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Understanding of roles:<\/strong> Manufacturer, supplier, importer or distributor \u2013 obligations depend on the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Packaging can already be optimised, monomaterial concepts implemented and documentation prepared.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are familiar with the currently known contents of the PPWR and can provide you with practical and forward-looking advice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"mailto:eco@dinkhauser.de\">Contact us \u2013 we will be happy to assist you.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new EU Packaging Regulation PPWR will come into force on 12 August 2026 \u2013 bringing profound changes for everyone who manufactures, uses or places packaging on the market.
